Nathan calls popcorn 'popcorns.'  "Yay, popcorns!"

Nathan calls after his sister... "Cambria Hobbbby!"(more like Cameea) I also heard him say "Mimi Hobby" when looking for Mimi one day, which is funny, since Mimi's last name isn't Hobby



Nathan says "motorcycle Dot" (Motorcycle Scott) every time he sees someone riding a motorcycle, because when Scott came to visit, he rode in on his motorcycle.

He loves to be like daddy.



Nathan loves his book Tugga Tugga tuggboat and he calls it "tuggaboat"

He is so polite and always says "bless you mommy" when I sneeze

Cambria:

Cambria started saying "upstairs" instead of "updairs" and "grocery store" instead of "grocery do-wah"

She is hilarious and makes me laugh every day with her antics

She likes to imagine

"I need them for my mouth" - Cambria, when talking about wanting a treat (choc chips or marshmallows)


Cambria makes up play names like fwinky and dabo and shushee and hoonky for her toys and ponies



Cambria loves to set the table for the missionaries - she takes it very seriously and knows every little thing that needs to be added. First she organizes the placemats and then she asks for forks, spoons, and knives, and then plates and cups.



She hosts "parties" every day by piling all of her toys in a certain way on a table.
she LOVES to pretend about (and go to) the grocery store. almost more than the park!



She is obsessed with a purple horse she discovered on the way home from the beach. She even says prayers about it and turned her little scoot car into a horse by putting belt "stirrups" on it.

She loves taking the little point-and-shoot camera and taking pictures of her toys, her brothers, and her family. She instructs people what to do ex:"make a funny face." One night in her prayers she said that she was thankful for her "very own tiny camera."

Cambria, when climbing into our bed in the mornings says "Give me some base" (some space)


Seth, since turning 7 months:


Sits up on his own



Eats solid food



Sleeps in his own crib / own room

Takes a pacifier

Does "push ups" when trying to crawl, like Nathan did


Rocks on all fours


now (end of month) he crawls!

Cambria & Nathan love to play in the summer rain.

Little buds:


The kids took their first bath together. Afterwards we laid them all on the bed to get them dried and diapered. Here is my little assembly line. And afterwards, very wiggly kids all ready for bed!
