To start it all off, Amos surprised me and came home early on Friday from California! He wasn't supposed to get into Salt Lake until 9pm, but I was feeling a little down, and he ended up being able to bump his flight up so he got in at about 7. I didn't know about this little surprise until he walked through the door a whole 2 1/2 hours early!
Dad Hobby came to visit for a few days, and we had a blast with him here! He's always very very happy and fun to be around. He can make anyone feel like a million bucks.
We had a lot of family time and then did the usual trip to Deseret Book to check out what's new. Then we went to the Mayan, the theme restaurant where every 15 minutes divers do fancy dives off the really high waterfall cliffs and a girl does some cool fire dancing with a flaming sword. It was definitely an adventure.
