Inching closer to 30

I had a great celebration this year for my birthday. My parents came to visit on the weekend bringing with them my traditional red velvet cake and lots of other goodies and a pretty flowering plant. We got to catch up and they got to play with Cambria.

For dinner we went to Bethlehem Brew Works, because yes, I am obsessed with brewery food. They just seem to have more interesting choices on their menus than a standard chain restaurant. It was really good, and Cambria had a nice time chewing on straws, coasters, crayon packets and just being curious in general. She is so good at behaving when we are out and about since she just enjoys watching, playing, and taking it all in.

We all really enjoyed our meals and even Amos said his fish and chips was the best he's had in America since the batter didn't taste like beer. At a brewery nonetheless. Figure that one out. Then after dinner my parents stayed with Cambria while Amos and I got to go for a DATE and see the Adjustment Bureau.

Then on my actual birthday Amos left early in the morning but I have a Cambria to keep me busy and play with me so all was good. A friend invited us over for a delicious dinner and birthday cake, so it was a nice day.
